Here’s a refreshing raw mango salad that will help you beat the heat.
Raw Mango Salad Recipe-
Preparation Time- 5 minutes
Chilling Time- 20 minutes
1 ½ cup ripe mango, diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red chili flakes
1 tbsp granulated sugar
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
- In a bowl, combine ripe mango dices and the finely chopped onion.
- In another bowl, add the rest of the ingredients. Whisk well to prepare the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the main ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, or until serving. Serve chilled.
